<p>Begitulah kira-kira kalo saya bertemu dengan orang lain&#8230; well.. ga selalu formal begitu sih, yg penting start to speak up and let it flow.</p>
<p>Sejak saya aktif dikegiatan <a title="FreSh (freedom of sharing)" href="http://freshyourmind.com" target="_blank"><strong>FreSh (freedom of sharing)</strong></a>, saya bertemu dengan banyak orang dengan expertisnya masing-masing, ya saya yakin semua orang punya keahlian masing-masing. Hanya saja banyak orang yg keahliannya tidak terdeteksi oleh orang lain disekitarnya.</p>
<p>Saya bukan seorang peramal yg bisa menebak tepat apa keahlian anda, dan saya yakin orang lainpun tidak bisa menebak keahlian anda tanpa ada tanda-tanda yang jelas. Hal ini diperparah dengan tidak adanya brosur/ flyer khusus yg menjelaskan keahlian anda, untuk dibagi-bagikan kepada setiap orang yg anda temui.</p>
<p>Ibarat sebuah perusahaan, anda perlu melakukan <strong><a title="Strategy Online atau Offline?" href="http://blog.caturpw.com/2009/11/25/online-atau-offline.html">strategy offline dan online</a></strong>, agar personal brand anda terdeteksi oleh orang lain. Jika perusahaan menggunakan flyer, brosur atau bahkan billboard untuk menyampaikan brand message mereka, maka anda hanya perlu <strong>&#8220;bicara&#8221;</strong> berkomunikasi secara verbal maupun non-verbal (melalui kartu nama,etc.) kepada satu atau banyak orang untuk menyampaikan personal brand message anda. Biarlah orang lain tahu siapa anda sebenarnya. amati situasi dan kondisi, sampaikan strategy offline anda yg paling tepat untuk saat itu.</p>
<p><strong>Saat memutuskan untuk &#8220;berbicara&#8221;, ada beberapa tips praktis untuk dijalankan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Berlatihlah untuk berbicara, dan jangan lupa untuk banyak mendengar orang lain berbicara,jangan egois maunya menang sendiri, hindari ini jauh-jauh</li>
<li>Create conversation with anyone, jangan pilih-pilih teman bicara</li>
<li>Buat lawan bicara anda seperti pusat informasi yg sangat penting, make him feels like a very important person when you talk to him.</li>
<li>Senyum dan perbanyak lagi senyuman, ada yang bilang, kalo kita banyak senyum maka energi positif kita akan semakin terpancar menarik perhatian orang lain. Dan percayalah, tidak akan ada yg mau berbicara dengan si&#8221;muka masam&#8221;.</li>
<li>Update news and knowledge, terutama yang berkaitan dengan topik interest kamu. Hal ini sangat berguna untuk memperkaya topik pembicaraan kita.</li>

<li> Sebuah brand wajib memiliki <strong>seseorang atau team</strong> yg fokus memonitor dan melakukan proteksi terhadap ancaman terhadap brand, dalam hal ini melalui media internet/ online.</li>
<li>Siapkan <strong>planning</strong> utk menghadapi krisis manajemen, buatlah beberapa <em>specific plan</em> untuk <em>specific crisis</em>. salahsatunya harus ada plan utk menghadapi publisitas negatif yg dihembuskan lewat internet.</li>
<li><strong>Cepat</strong>, melalui media internet hitungannya bisa menitan, berita apapun (positif/negatif) bisa tersebar luas dengan sangat cepat.</li>
<li><strong>Akurat dan konsisten</strong>, serangan krisis yg bertubi-tubi harus dihadang dengan penanganan yg sangat akurat dan secara berketerusan konsistensinya, karena jika salah penanganan bisa memperburuk krisis yg terjadi.</li>

<p>Aktifitas FGD (Focus Group Discussion) seringkali hanya menguak info yg selazimnya diungkapkan oleh responden atas pertanyaan dari researcher, dalam hal video diatas, info tersebut adalah &#8220;How many passes does the team in white make?&#8221;</p>
<p>Para responden pasti akan fokus untuk menjawab pertanyaan itu saja, informasi lainnya diabaikan karena tidak dianggap relevan. Sehingga ada Seseorang berkostum gorilla yg lewat tidak dianggap relevan, dan infonya diabaikan (krn fokus ke pertanyaan).<br />
Padahal info sekecil apapun bagi seorang researcher adalah informasi yg berharga, dan hal ini tidak anda dapatkan di FGD, melainkan harus dengan cara Ethnography.</p>
<p>Untuk memahami konsumer, hendaknya kita langsung mengamati lebih dekat kedalam habitatnya, kedalam kehidupan para konsumer kita.<br />
Dengan demikian kita tidak akan kehilangan info penting yg sebenarnya kita cari.</p>

It begin with a personal blog from <strong><a title="Roni Yuzirman - Founder of Tangan Diatas (TDA)" href="http://www.roniyuzirman.com/" target="_blank">Roni Yuzirman</a></strong> writing about enterpreneurship, and then continued to off line networking, then it born a brand new portal, tangandiatas.com as a result from collaboration with <strong><a title="Virtual Consulting - Internet Business, Strategy, Marketing Indonesia" href="http://www.virtual.co.id/blog/" target="_self">virtual consulting</a></strong> (nukman luthfie).</p>
<p>At TDA meeting, what  <strong>Riyeke Ustadiyanto</strong> (<strong><a title="SEOKita.com | About Search Enginge Optimization" href="http://www.SEOKita.com" target="_blank">SEOKita.com</a></strong>) said that a new colonialism are now attacking our nation, make my fire nationalism flamed up. Keke (Riyeke) said that indonesian business website are being colonialism by other non-indonesian website, we are defeated in SEO on &#8220;indonesian tourism&#8221; related keywords, so when internet user are searching about indonesian tourism, they always pointed into non-indonesian travel agency, so the booking money are not going to indonesian.</p>
<p>I think it is not fair, but it is not their false too (non-indonesian travel agency website), but we can not stand here do nothing, what we should do no, is to fight it back, to gain the victory on our &#8220;SEO keywords&#8221;.</p>
<p>So it is right that indonesian already independence 63rd year ago, but the war never stop, we must war for SEO Keywords too. Well&#8230; the only difference on this war is, we don&#8217;t use hurt someone else, we do it on peace and full of <strong>respect</strong> and <strong>professionalism</strong>.</p>
